Committees

Conservation Committee
We are currently soliciting members who can assist with any of the following tasks:

  • Create a compendium of state legislation related to native plant conservation
  • Research and request links from national and local organizations with similar objectives
  • Write letters in conjunction with the plant society
  • Monitor the EQB Monitor for upcoming environmental review of state projects open for public comment
  • Input on action items

Past Conservation Committee Initiatives:

  • Commenting on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the PolyMet Mining Inc./NorthMet Project - View Letter
